    报告人：Oliver M. Rui (芮萌)

Oliver M. Rui is an associate professor at the Business School of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He holds an MBA in statistics (1995) and a Ph.D. in Finance (1997), both from the University of Houston.

    Dr. Rui has published more than 40 papers in reputable international journals including Journal of Law and Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Review of Accounting Studies, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Comparative Economics, Journal of Corporate Finance, etc.
